Parklife is just weeks away and now there's another reason to get excited - Fuzzy are pleased to share that 2manydjs have been added to the already jam-packed Parklife line-up!
There are some who swear a festival isn't a festival without the presence of these guys. Known worldwide for their wildly ingenious, Molotov cocktails of exciting DJ sets, who else could craft a one-hour mix composed solely of 420 intros (aptly named Introversy)? Global party-starters and stars of the fantastic rockumentary,Part of the Weekend Never Dies, 2manydjs are the last word in electric stage sets.
"2manydjs dramatically redefined what a DJ mix could be, and we are ridiculously excited that they'll be working their magic at Parklife around Australia this year", says Ming Gan, Fuzzy Director. "People raved about their set at Parklife 2008, we know they were a crowd favourite and they always get everyone in the mood - we're definitely not missing these guys!"
There will be plenty of Parklife customers jumping for mashed-up dance joy with the Belgium duo's addition to the Parklife bill, which includes headliners Missy Elliott, Groove Armada, The Dandy Warhols, Kele from bloc party, Soulwax and dozens more. Tickets are selling fast so those after a dance-floor experience like little other should get in quick.
The Parklife artists are currently hijacking festivals and parties all over the world with their amazing shows - here is a taste of what is headed Australia's way in just three weeks!
SOULWAX - NEW Live show
DAN BLACK - Check him out at lollapolluza
GROOVE ARMADA - At glasto
BUSY P, UFFIE and DJ MEHDI - The Ed Banger's go for it at the label's 7th Birthday party earlier this year
MISSY ELLIOTT - At EXIT Festival
Parklife is Australia's unparalleled electronic/indie music festival, jam-packed with artists who completely define the moment in music. Parklife makes the most of beautiful outdoor venues, in five cities, where music lovers can step into a spectacle in which the surroundings are idyllic, the music is great and the world is their oyster.
Parklife is not just another festival: Parklife is the sound of next summer.
