Palace Nova Eastend and Madman are very excited to announce that REEL ANIME 2010 is now ready to go ahead with the very best line-up of feature length anime films.
Showcasing 5 films that are as diverse as they are accomplished; this is your chance to see the future of anime on the big screen and enjoy the very best of settings - at Palace Nova Eastend with fellow fans.
REELANIME 2010 will feature two hotly anticipated titles, EVANGELION 2.0: YOU CAN (NOT) ADVANCE (PG) takes us in a frightening, thrilling and cinematically stunning new direction and SUMMER WARS (PG) by the creators of festival darling and Reel Anime 2008s breakaway hit, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, this is a lively action-comedy with amazingly creative visuals.
Rounding out the Showcase are three exciting titles: EVANGELION 1.0: YOU ARE (NOT) ALONE (PG), the first film in the Evangelion rebuild; KING OF THORN (M), a mysterious race against time for a group of infected survivors in a world ravaged by disease; and REDLINE (M), an adrenaline-fueled action ride set in the world of underground racing.
