What is Free Comic Book Day?
Free Comic Book Day is a single day - the first Saturday in May each year - when participating comic book shops across North America and around the world give away comic books absolutely FREE* to anyone who comes into their stores. *Check with your local shop for their participation and rules.

The Free Comic Book Day (FCBD) Committee is pleased to announce the Gold and Silver Sponsors and their comic books for FCBD 2010, which will be held Saturday, May 1, 2010. Complete descriptions of all thirty-three FCBD titles can be found online now at www.freecomicbookday.com, and any issue of Diamond Comic Distributors' PREVIEWS catalog, available since January 6th, 2010.
