Complete with an entirely original music score and innovative choreography, Dance of Desire from Dublin, Ireland has a cultural story behind this magical show.

Not since the Michael Flatley revolution has any show managed to evoke such an incredible feeling of energy and emotion. Ireland's passion pounds the stage in a spellbinding tale that has brought audiences around the world to their feet.

Based on the power and passion of the Celtic Legends of Erin. In a land before time began, a land of ancient gods, high kings and warrior Queens, a King's love for his four children brought down a terrible curse which banished them to the seas for 900 years.

A mythological journey of jealousy, love and betrayal.

Filled with exotic costumes, DANCE OF DESIRE promises a breathtaking blend of traditional and modern Irish Dance, Jazz, Arabian, ballet and tango along with beautiful vocal and instrument performances.

Produced by Michael Carr, responsible for creating Ireland's first dance musicals,To Dance On The Moon, The Spirit of Irelandand Legend of the Knight, it is executed by an all-star cast with some of Ireland's best and multi awarded dancers and a selection of Ireland's finest musical and vocal virtuosos.

ADELAIDE DANCER COMES HOME AS STAR OF THE SHOW!!

Leading in the cast is Adelaide dancer Christopher McSorely, twice and current Australian Irish Dance Champion and 12th placed in the World Championships in 2009.

A hit at home in Dublin before touring to Russia, China and Europe, DANCE OF DESIRE will play one show only at the new Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Saturday May 1.
