The exhibition runs from 1 February - 7 March 2012 and it's part of the 2012 Adelaide Fringe Festival.

The Neil Curnow Award

Emerging Adelaide actor wins $10,000 Neil Curnow Award

Adelaide College of the Arts graduate and emerging South Australian actor Ellonye Keniry is the winner of the 2011 Neil Curnow Award. Ellonye will use her $10,000 prize towards tuition at the Sanford Meisner Centre in Los Angeles and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London

This 13th solo exhibition at Hill Smith Gallery of much loved Adelaide painter Stephen Trebilcock explores themes ranging from food and native flowers, to intimate settings and corners. These works explore the endless possibilities and excitement of colour and textural painting techniques for which Trebilcock is well known, and in addition include his passion for drawing.

World AIDS Day 2011

Silence (Still) = Death

Yesterday it was World AIDS Day in Australia. Every year the 1st of December is taken as a day to remember those who have lost the fight with HIV/AIDS and to educate those who are free of the infection but still vulnerable to it. The day is a day for remembering and hoping we can keep searching for ways to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS and for some, people like me, it is a bitter sweet sort of day when we reflect on how our lives may have been had we not been exposed to the virus
