According to the most recent issue of Cyclic Defrost there's some quite insanely nutty 'TV themes on crack' triple CD (!) released on Peppermill for Halloween featuring Jason Forest etc This link here AND - the Myuzyk netlabel - which has a great series of blippy dedication compilations. There's a dedication Boards of Canada which isn't too shabby.
And, even though Miasmah is now a really fabulous real label, their netlabel still has some really interesting ambient releases on it.
The minds behind the CD ezine and mag will soon post their Best of 2008 up at Cyclic Defrost and some of their other writers are doing so too . . . . so keep an eye on their blog - . . . . reviews and all sorts of things go up there on an almost daily basis!
