FEAST IN THE EAST

SA GAY & LESBIAN CULTURE
South Australia offers a cultural FEAST on the East coast. Several South Australian queer artists are set to converge on Melbourne and Sydney in coming months as part of Victoria's premiere queer arts and cultural festival MIDSUMMA and New South Wales' famous NEW MARDI GRAS FESTIVAL.
A Feast in Four Courses will see Feast Festival present four of SA's most outstanding works in dance, music, cabaret and theatre with an eye to increasing the profile of South Australian queer artistic work in the Eastern states. Feast received a $10 000 grant from Arts SA's Building Pathways initiative to enable the project

1000 Years of German Comedy

Award winning German Comedy Ambassador, Henning Wehn and the Fatherland's foremost Yodelmeister (and Bavaria's funniest man), Otto Kuhnle present the Adelaide premiere of 1000 Years of German Comedy, the show that took the Edinburgh Festival by storm (troopers).
This night of teutonic jolliness, plays at the Caos Café 188 Hindley Street from 27 February to 20 March. Tickets are from $23 and maybe purchased through Fringetix and online ... so schnell lieblings
